No Refund No Policy

No. Select only the “START” day of the class. The days are consecutive, i.e. Friday-Sunday, Select only Friday’s date. The additional days are automatically included withe the “START” day you select.

Yes. To enroll, you must pay for the class in full. There are not payment plans or partial payments accepted.

Pre-Work is the TDLR standard, it is the law. If not completed before class begins, you must reschedule. Again, this is the law.

Pre-Work emails are automatically generated along with your receipt confirmation and zoom link. Two or three emails will be received by all participants, depending on course. We can track that they have been sent to your email. We can also track that you have not opened the email. Again Pre-Work not completed before class will incur a $35 rescheduling fee.

No. All classes are run consectively from  the start date you select.

Registering

We are  providing a service to the community, but we are not a non-profit.

Yes. You can pay for expediting the certificate and receive it in 2-3 days. The cost is $15. The easiest way to add expedited shipping is when enrolling for your course.

Complete the Certificate Google Form, again. The form is included in your Pre-Work email at time of enrollment, then text us that the google form has been updated.

Go back to your confirmation/booking email. Instructor name appears there.

Within 7-10 business days if participant provided all pertinent information.

 

Yes. Participants must have camera on and be in view for the entire virtual class per TDLR requirements/rules.
